Q. I am new to Zobello, how do I create an account?
A. You can make create an account, by clicking on our Create Account link on homepage, follow the steps and in no time your account would be created. In case there is a problem in creating an account, kindly drop a mail to us at [email protected] and we will assist you with it.
Q. Do I need to create account to shop at Zobello?
A. No, you can browse and add items to cart without a registered account. On checkout two mails would be sent to you, first for order confirmation and second for automatic account creation where you get a system generated password for your account. You can use the activation link provided in the mail to access your account along with the system generated password. You can then change the password any time you like later. Your Username would be your Email Id.
Q. What do I do in case I have forgotten my password?
A. You can go into Login link on homepage and click the option ‘Forgot Password’. The system would send a new password to your email id for login.
Q. I have a registered account, but I am unable to login, what do I do?
A. In such a case send us a mail at [email protected]. Please ensure before sending us the mail that you are entering your username and password correctly.
PLACING AN ORDER
Q. How do I place an order on Zobello?
A. Follow the below steps to place an order on Zobello:
- Choose a product category; select the desired item, along with Size, Colour, Quantity and Fit (if available).
- Add the item to Shopping Bag.
- Click proceed to Checkout.
- Enter billing and shipping address, choose payment mode and proceed to payment.
- Confirm the order, make the payment.
- Once confirmed, an Order ID would be generated along with a Tracking ID.
Your order is placed and information is shared with you via email and sms.
Q. Do I need to put in my shipping address and other details every time I place a new order?
A. Once you become a user with us, you simply need to login in and all details like billing and shipping address would be retrieved from your account details. Hence you would not have to type in the details again, unless you plan to change the address, in that case you would have to type in the new address.
Q. How can I check my size and fit before I place the order?
A. Every Product details page comes with a SIZE GUIDE and a FIT GUIDE. Based on your measurements you can check which size would suit you the best and order accordingly. In the event that the size of your product is not right, then you can return the product for a refund and place a fresh order for the correct size. Refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming the delivery date. You can also track your order by clicking on Order status on homepage entering your Tracking ID or order number. For more information kindly check our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Q. Do you take orders by phone?
A. At this time we don’t have this facility. All orders are placed on Zobello.com webstore.
Q. In case of a gift item, will the recipient receive the original invoice and price tags?
A. Unfortunately due to prevalent courier company regulations we cannot remove the invoice and original price tags from the product being shipped. You can look at our Gift Services Policy for more details.
Q. Can I modify or change my existing order?
A. No, you would have to place a fresh order.
Q. How can I order an item, which is showing out of stock?
A. If an order is out of stock, that means it’s not available currently, you can however use the ‘Notify Me’ feature and we will inform you via email as and when it becomes available.
Q. Do you accept bulk orders?
A. For bulk orders, you can write to us at [email protected] with your company details and what you require and we will get in touch with you.
Q: What are Cross Border Fees or International Transaction Fees?
A: An international Transaction fee is not charged by us. The same is charged by the respective bank of your credit or debit card. Cross border or International transaction fees are actually charged by your bank. You can confirm the same with your concerned bank.
Q. Is there an extra charge for COD?
A. There are no extra charges for COD order.
Q. How will I get to know if my COD order is confirmed or not?
A. Once placed your COD order will be deemed confirmed and ready for processing. Please ensure at the time of checkout to give your mobile number and email id which is currently active.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Q. Does Zobello deliver products outside India?
A. Yes we ship products to all international countries, provided they are covered in our delivery network. For more details you can look at our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Q. Can my Billing and Shipping Address be different?
A. Yes, your billing and shipping address can be different. Kindly refer to our Shipping & Delivery policy section for more details.
Q. Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
A. Yes, you can change your shipping address even after placing your order, provided the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Ideally you can change your address within 2-5 hours of placing the order. You can refer to our Shipping & Delivery policy for more details.
Q. What are Saved Items?
A. Zobello provides you the option to save products before transferring them directly to the shopping cart. You have to register as a user in order to use this feature. Products in saved items can be transferred to the shopping cart for checkout anytime you like.
Q. Can I return an item after 1 month of ordering it?
A. As per our return policy, we only accept returns 30 days from the date of ordering.You can check our Returns Policy for more details.
Q. Can I return a part of my order?
A. Yes you can return a part of any order. Kindly read our Returns policy for more details.
Q. Who will bear the shipping charges in case of a Return ?
A. If the item shipped by Zobello is damaged/defective or a wrong item has been delivered then we take the onus of bearing the shipping charges. If the reason for return is because of wrong size or fit then the customer will have to bear the shipping charges.
Q. Can I get a refund If I don’t like the order?
A. Yes, you can get a refund if you don’t like the order. Please look at Returns Policy for more details.
Q. When can I expect to receive my refund?
A. Once the item being returned is checked by the inspection team at Zobello, the refund process will be initiated. A refund credit of the returned goods will be made within 24 hours after receipt of the product to the card you used for the original purchase. Incase of COD purchase please look at Returns Policy for more details.
Note: We process the refund within 24 hours from our end after receipt of the product once the product has passed the inspection. The amount then would be credited back to your account in accordance with the banks procedures.
Q. Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option?
A. Yes we do provide COD as a payment option but only for Indian market. This facility is not available for international markets.
Q. What happens if my credit/debit card has been compromised while making a payment online?
A. We do not collect or store your credit card information. If you suspect any such thing, then please report this immediately to your bank.
Q. Can I use Paypal to pay for my order?
A. Yes we do provide Paypal as an option of payment for International customers only. You can see the paypal button during checkout process. Paypal also provides the option to pay via debit/credit cards.
